PRIME FLUX SOLUTIONS provides installation, Extra-low-voltage, automation, communications wiring, and general property service coordination.

Services may include:

• Cameras & doorbells
• Automation systems
• Central vacuum rough-ins
• Retrofit and new construction  support

Unless explicitly stated in writing, PRIME FLUX SOLUTIONS does not perform regulated trade work requiring licensing under Ontario law (electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, etc.). When required, properly licensed subcontractors may be used.

Clients acknowledge responsibility for:

• Permits
• Inspections
• Access
• Site readiness

3. EXTRA-LOW-VOLTAGE (ELV) LIMITATION

Services provided are extra-low-voltage systems.

Any connection to building electrical systems must be completed by a licensed electrician where required by Ontario law. We are not responsible for existing wiring conditions or code compliance of prior installations.

4. ESTIMATES & QUOTES

All quotes:

• Estimates only, until confirmed in writing
• Valid for 7–30 days unless stated
• Subject to site inspection
• Subject to material price changes
• Subject to unforeseen conditions

Quotes typically include labour only unless otherwise stated.

Additional costs may apply for:

• Hidden obstacles
• Drywall/finish repair
• Travel
• Parking
• After-hours work
• Material sourcing
• Permit delays

Work outside original scope will be billed additionally.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposits may be required
• Payment due upon completion
• Late payments may incur fees
• Unpaid invoices may result in      collections
• Client responsible for      legal/collection costs

We reserve the right to stop work for non-payment.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Deposits may be non-refundable if:

• Materials were ordered
• Time was reserved
• Work was scheduled

7. ACCESS TO PROPERTY

Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to:

• Work areas
• Electrical panels
• Mechanical rooms
• Attics/basements
• Network areas

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Restricted access
• Occupied spaces
• Unsafe conditions
• Pets
• Parking restrictions

Client is responsible for moving furniture and valuables unless agreed otherwise.

8. MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT

Unless specified:

• Client-supplied materials carry      no warranty from us
• We are not responsible for      manufacturer defects
• We are not liable for      compatibility issues with client-provided devices

Equipment installed is subject to manufacturer warranty only.

9. WARRANTY LIMITATION

Labour warranty (if offered) is limited and does not cover:

• Misuse
• Third-party alterations
• Power surges
• Network issues
• Existing wiring problems
• Environmental damage
• Software/app issues
• ISP issues

We do not guarantee performance of:

• Internet
• Wi-Fi
• Third-party apps
• Cloud services
• Smart devices

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law:

PRIME FLUX SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of business
• Network downtime
• Security breaches from      third-party devices
• Device failures
• Pre-existing conditions if seen or unseen

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

11. PROPERTY DAMAGE DISCLAIMER

While care is taken during installation:

• Minor drilling, cutting, or      access holes may be required
• Concealed conditions may exist
• We are not responsible for hidden      pipes, wires, or structures
• Client accepts reasonable      installation impact

Client responsible for finish repairs unless agreed otherwise.
